This page aims to enable everyone to report cybersecurity incidents in an organized and efficient manner. The form below is designed to receive security reports when a cybersecurity incident occurs or is suspected, allowing users to clearly enter all details. We ask that you fill out the form carefully and provide us with all available information, such as a description of the incident, the affected systems or data, and any other technical indicators that may help in verification. I have received an electronic threat to my safety or the safety of someone else
I discovered a gap in technology or a flaw in the university system
You have found or placed sensitive and unsafe university data
Lost possession of an electronic device containing university data
You have received a suspicious email that may be phishing
