تضمن اللقاء جلسات حوارية شبابية مع طلبة الجامعة وحوارات ومناقشات مع خبراء ومختصين في المجال الرياضي حول التطوع الرياضي وأهمية دور الشباب في تأدية الخدمات المجتمعية والمساهمة الفعالة في إنجاح الفعاليات الرياضية والحصول على الخبرات والمهارات والمعارف من خلال التطوع.
