Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Welcomes the President of University of Jeddah

His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Makkah Region, received Dr. Obaid Al-Mudhaf, President of the University of Jeddah, along with several university leaders.
During the meeting, His Royal Highness was presented with a report on the outcomes of the developmental discussion sessions held under his patronage, entitled “Introducing Applied Specializations for Colleges in the Region’s Governorates to Align with the Labor Market and the Nature of Each Governorate.”

The report’s outcomes emphasized the importance of aligning academic programs and applied specializations with labor market needs across the governorates, strengthening partnerships with the public and private sectors to qualify national talents, and empowering the region’s sons and daughters with access to quality education and employment opportunities in developmental fields.
