The Rasel System mobile application of the University of Jeddah is provided free of charge. Its services are offered by the University “as is,” without any fees or additional obligations.

• Provide technical services on behalf of the Cybersecurity Administration or the Digital Transformation and IT Center

• Support analysis of service usage

These entities may be granted limited access to personal information solely for completing their assigned tasks. They are contractually obligated not to disclose or misuse the information for any purpose other than service provision.
